LETTER TO INFORM CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE STATUS OF GOODNESS SUPERFOODS PRODUCTS SUPPLY STATUS

Dear Customers
Due to a severe shortage of BarleyMAX grain until November 2010, supply of the Goodness Superfoods cereal range to supermarkets has been affected.
The lack of supply of grain has mainly been caused by the very hot weather experienced in growing areas last November which resulted in a very reduced harvest.
As a result, we have made the following changes to reduce our ranging in major supermarket chains across Australia.
Woolworths/Safeway (nationally) - will now only stock Digestive 1st
Coles Stores (only in NSW/QLD/VIC) - will now only stock Protein 1st
Metcash/Independents (nationally) - will only stock Digestive 1st
Franklins Stores (NSW) - will now only stock Protein 1st
We apologize that we do not have adequate grain to fulfil the needs of our growing band of customers who have experienced the wonderful health benefits of Goodness Superfoods - unfortunately, we currently don't have enough grain to meet requirements.
We believe that by November 2010, we will have ample grain to meet demand.
